How are your prices set?
Our prices depend on three things: the quantity ordered, current demand for certain products (so they change through the year) and the variety of your order. Orders that mix several references get better prices. Depending on the reference, prices are per kilo or per piece, always with a minimum order of €500 excl. VAT. To get a price, call us or book a visit.

How much does a bale or a bag weigh?
Packing varies by reference: from 10 to 45 kg.

How often does new stock arrive?
Every week: between 10 and 20 tonnes of goods arrive in our warehouses.

How long does a visit last?
2 hours, for up to 2 people. Book your slot in advance.

I can't come in person. Do you deliver?
Yes. We work with carriers who deliver in boxes or on pallets, in France and across Europe. Every order ships within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, every purchase comes with a VAT invoice.

Do you sell to businesses and individuals?
Yes. We welcome businesses as well as individuals who resell, from €500 excl. VAT.

Where does your stock come from?
From the United States, Japan and Europe. It is already in our warehouses near Paris and in Montpellier: no import delays.

Can I pick pieces one by one?
Yes, under conditions: only on certain references, with a surcharge on the price per piece.

Can I reserve a bale or have it set aside?
No. Demand is high and stock moves fast. The best way is to come and see it on site, or call us to hear about new arrivals.

Can I leave with the goods straight away?
Yes. You can come with your vehicle and load your purchases on the day of your visit.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card or cash, from €500 excl. VAT.

What if a lot isn't right for me?
No bad surprises: you see everything you buy before you pay. After that, our customer follow-up stays by your side for restocks and questions.
